[Question] Any anime/manga like Naruto Shippuden out there? (Except Bleach or DBZ or FMA)

Well to be honest there are some anime there that aren't worth watching IMO.

1. Code Breaker.
2. Kaze no Stigma.

Not allot of people can watch Elfen Lied either.
Deadman Wonderland is mehh, it's not bad but it's not exactly good either.
Mirai Nikki was pretty fun but if I recall does it actually have that much action?

And since you're looking for action/fighting anime

Fate/Zero - Best action scenes I've ever seen in an anime, art is also exceptional.
Darker than Black - One of my favourite action anime.
K - The story itself isn't that good but the art is the best I've ever seen and the fighting scenes are also really good.
Guilty Crown - The animation and OST is great.
Code Geass - Hands down one of the best anime ever made, the art isn't exactly attractive but the story is beyond amazing. The action here is mecha though, so not allot of people will like it.

And @INoto, if you like Kaze no Stigma you have to watch The Legend of Legendary Heroes.
I prefer TLoLH over KnS allot more but it's quite similar in the sense of a dude who is exceptionally strong and who's power shows in his eyes and a girl with a sword.
