Good enough answer but you need some motivation.
Grabs your hand and turns it so the palm is showing. I inhale slightly and focus my chakra as I breath in. As I exhale I concentrate a small stream of my chakra and manipulate it to become fire.
Make sure when you concentrate the fire stream that you don't blow too hard or you will burn your finger. xd
Anyways, I blow the stream onto my finger and focus it quickly to look like an ant. I place the ant on your palm and you feel it beginning to burn through your skin but not enough to cause serious injury. (Think of a cigarette burn)
Now what I need you to do is explain to me a situation this would be good in using and now you have to perform the jutsu on me.

Since it is a small fire manifestation the user must be aware that any light wind or water can cancel it out. This jutsu can be used to ignite a small flame for a campfire, light a fuse, or torture an immobile opponent. Can easily light a paper or ignite a very small amount of oil although if there is a significant amount of oil, the jutsu will cancel out.

Would be good, for when you are in a genjutsu, or when i somehow got you tied up of tied to a tree, being bearly able to move, i would create this ant and make it enter your nose or ear, and cause severe burns to your internal organs.
