Tony is a middle-aged man of average height. He is an American, has Caucasian skin, and brown eyes. He has black hair, which is mostly kept in a rough-edged manner on some occasions, most especially when he works. He is very well groomed when it comes to special occasions, and he usually wears either very formal or simple clothing in a way that matches his wealth. Tony has a mustache that runs all the way down to his cheeks, then straight to his chin making an enclosed form, with a small goatee as well on his upper chin. Tony has been seen wearing many types of clothing. One as such can be his famous Black Sabbath shirt, which is a black shirt with the name of the famous old band called the Black Sabbath. Other clothing he wore, was a black tuxedo, a white tuxedo, and other clothing.
Personality:
While initially a carefree playboy, throughout the series, Tony's personality changes through the actions of Iron Man, becoming a more serious and caring character, though remaining charismatic.
Tony has a problem when being handed "things". As seen in the films, whenever he is being handed something, he asks to have the item placed somewhere or handed to a trusted person, as he does not like being handed things. He is also loves to drink Vegetable Juice every morning.

However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.

History


Anthony "Tony" Stark, was born to Howard and Maria Stark. As his father was the founder of Stark Industries, the main weapons supplier to the different nations and clans across the world, Tony was the sole heir to the legacy of the company.
When he was four years old, Tony built his first Circuit Board. Three years later, when he was seven, he built his very first Engine. Years after, when he was seventeen, Tony graduated at the top of his class in the prestigeous school for technological development.
Tony was an engineering prodigy. His relationship with his father was strained and estranged. In the early years, Tony's parents die in a car crash, and his father's partner, Obadiah Stane takes control of Stark Industries.
At the age of 21, Tony returns to inherit his father's company, and becomes both famous for his professional life, and infamous for his partying, alcoholic, and playboy-like personal life.
Years later, a presentation about Tony to wide audience of celebrities is being held. Meanwhile, Tony plays in a Casino while he misses out his awarding ceremony. As Rhodey presents Tony's award, he does not show up. Obadiah Stane then takes his place and gives a speech. He ends with, "You know the best thing about Tony is also the worst thing. He's always working. After Tony can be seen throwing the dice as he scores another win in his game.
36 hours later, somewhere within a deserted place in the southern deserts, three Military convoys are headed back to their base. One of which carry the famous billionaire and industrialist, Tony Stark. Within, Tony tries to talk to the other soldiers to try and break the silence. Suddenly the convoy comes under attack and the soldiers are killed while Tony is seriously wounded by shrapnel from explosives. His attackers take him captive and then make a broadcast about the event to Obadiah Stane.
Tony is captured by a terrorist group named the Ten Rings. Shrapnel from a bomb is embedded in his heart. The only thing keeping him alive is a car battery attached to a electromagnet. Incarcerated, Tony learns that many of his weapons are somehow in the hands of these terrorists and that they want him to provide them with a devastating weapon.
Initially despondent at the idea that he will soon die whether or not he builds the missile, fellow captive Ho Yinsen convinces Tony not to give up and he starts working to escape. He first builds a Minature Reactor to power his electromagnet and then works on creating the Mark I armor. The Ten Rings' leader Raza realizes he's up to something and gives him only a day to complete the weapon.
Having less than 24 hours to build the weapon, Tony wastes no time trying to finish building his powerful Mark I armor, eventually resulting in him turning himself into a Cyborg for survival. Together with the help of Ho Yinsen, Tony works overnight building the armor's metal platings and systems, starting with the armor's face mask, and ending with the attachment of the body armor and systems. Together, they succeed in finishing the Mark I armor, but run out of time to power it up, so Yinsen distracts the guards. This buy's Tony enough time to finish putting the armor on and he fights his way through the cave, killing many of the Ten Rings and finding a mortally wounded Yinsen who asks Tony not to waste his life before dying. Tony makes his way out of the cave and under heavy fire, destroys the Ten Rings' weapons stockpile before flying off. He soon crashes and his armor is destroyed, but Rhodey finds and rescues him in the desert.
After being escorted back to Stark Industries, Tony calls a press conference in which he declares that as a result of his experience, Stark Industries will no longer make and sell weapons. This causes great outrage and stock prices drop. Obadiah Stane convinces Tony to stay out of the spotlight while he handles things with the company. Tony considers using Reactor technology to replace weapons for the company's production and with the help of Pepper, he installs a new, more powerful Arc Reactor to power his electromagnet.
Taking Yinsen's last request to not let his life go to waste to heart, Tony decides to continue designing armors. Deciding that in the right hands, specifically his own, his new armor technology could do great good in the world, Tony tries and fails to entice Rhodey into joining him and sets to work on upgrading his Mark I design to become the new Mark II armor. While working on repulsors to act as flight stabilizers, Tony discovers that they can also be used as a weapon.
As Tony works, Obadiah Stane informs him that the Board of Directors has filed an injunction to lock him out in order to keep working on weapons. Tony brushes this off and goes back to work on his armor. After several successful tests with just his new flight systems, Tony takes the Mark II armor on a full-scale test and besides icing up when he gets too high and accidentally crashing through two floors of his own house when landing, it is a success. Succesfully constructing his new body, and turning himself into a powerful Cyborg.
Tony then designs the Mark III armor to deal with the glitches in the Mark II and as Jarvis works on building the Mark III, Tony learns from a news report that he's not been invited to his annual fireman's charity ball and goes...

Description: One of the most powerful relics found in the ninja world, the staff, Atiesh. This staff made of wood from the tree of life has a metallic base and several symbols and lines running across the surface of the staff. At the top of the staff there is a small figurine of a raven while there is a red and blue scarf tied around the staff just under the raven. This ancient relics physical appearance and its immense durability due to it being created from the tree of life, allows it to be used in combat against different weapons such as swords, spears and other lethal weapons on equal grounds. This staff can be utilized in close quarters combat, and can be combined with weapon techniques or fighting styles that revolve around the usage of a staff or spear or styles that utilize weapons of similar structure. Due to the staff being created from the tree of life, the staff has a high durablity and can be hit by the total power of S rank before breaking. The powers of the staff revolve around the wielders powers of manipulating the minds of others, the staff amplifying illusions, allowing the user to use the staff as a medium to induce basic cannon genjutsu through the eyes on the staff glowing red, using this as a visual medium for the illusion, this is a passive effect replacing the need for handseals or other methods to induce the basic cannon genjutsu. The true power of this staff comes from the illusions that this staff is capable of casting. Another small detail to note about this relic, is the raven on top of the staff, the ravens eyes will have a red glow and release a red light from its eyes whenever a foreign chakra is within short-range of the wielder of the staff, alerting them of the presence of a shinobi, animal or something else (This effect is active through the staff constantly taking -5 chakra from the wielder and spending it to emit a sort of detection barrier).
The first illusion that is tied to this staff is known as Polymorph, a simple yet effective illusion. Polymorph is the core illusion of this staff, which when cast upon the target(s), they will believe that they have been transformed into small fluffy sheep no taller than reaching a person’s knees. When the target(s) are under the illusion of being transformed to sheep, they are paralyzed in reality, as they cannot move or function as a normal human, the sheep unable to use hands nor perform hand seals; the sheep causes the target(s) to be somewhat useless, as neither hand seals nor speaking is an option. The polymorph illusion is considered an A-rank illusion capable of being cast upon more than one target during combat, without splitting its rank, and up to mid-range from the staff. This illusion will be cast by the eyes glowing green on the staff, emitting a light that induces the genjutsu.
Note:
- This staff can only be wielded by the user, if anyone else attempts to wield the staff they will be cast under the illusion of being transformed into a sheep, and every time they keep trying to wield it they will continue to be cast under the same illusion even if broken the first time.
- The Polymorph illusion is considered A-rank and can be cast a total of 3 times during a fight, taking up one of the three moves per turn.

[Tarnkappe, Shigurudo No Tate] – Tarnkappe, The Cloak of Sigurd

Description: The Tarnkappe, or Cloak of Sigurd, is a garment which is intended to protect the wearer from the cold, rain and wind. This cloak is no different in that fashion, it is fastened around the neck with a small black chain, its length extending down to the middle section of the calves, additionally it has an attached hood. The cloak is designed as a white cloak with patterns of black lightning across it. The cloak is the designed with a unique fabric, known as kevlar, a material which allows it to stop incoming basic weapons such as swords, axes, kunai, senbon etc up to a C rank projectile, anything after that will destroy the wiring within the cloak, rending it useless. It will cause bladed weapons thrown or swung to strike to bounce off the cloak, and it applies to the general forms of none damage enhanced freeform combat. In addition to the cloak’s unique complexion, it has some unique features which the wearer can activate through surging his energy through it. The first feature that the Tarnkappe is in the possession of, is a unique technology known as motion sensors. These motion sensors are situated all across the cloak, allowing it to detect any changes in the air around the wearer, and detect the motions of animals, humans or even tools within the vicinity of short-range of the cloak. Thus the cloak acts as a form of sensory in the way that it detects any motions within short-range of the wearer this is done through technology more than chakra. These motion sensors come in the form of small camera's laid throughout the cloak linked to a contact lens the user has placed in their eye. This wont hinder their vision but instead, when the camera's detection a motion it will display this your the contact lens for the user to see acting as a an enhancement of their visual perception. Always passively active.
Conclusively, the cloak has one final feature, which masks the wearers presence. Whenever the wearer pulls the cloak around his body and the hood over his head, it has a unique device implanted into it, which emits a frequency that masks his chakra effectively concealing him from chakra sensors as well as concealing his body in the sense that it conceals his chakra circuit from foreign eyes. This allows the wearer to blend into his surroundings more freely. What this can't do is hide the users heat signature or smell.
Note: If the cloak is hit by B rank or above, it will short circuit being rendered useless.

(Fuuin: Metsuryū Mahō) - Sealing art: Dragon Slayer Magic

Description: Before the battle the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breath in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the users mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An exampe of this jutsu would be if the opponent use a B rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the users mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fireb back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the users mouth at high speed, similar to when jiraiya sealed amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the users mouth.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.
Note: Can summon up to 30 basic tools per sealing mark and can have up to 2 sealing marks.

Description: This is a unique technology that is actually made to look alike the casing is a book so as to not draw attention to the contents. Within their are six beacons, all the size of a golf ball. This is a technology specifically designed for deception. How it works is the users will set up a minimum of three of these beacons, then when they activate them, they will connect and form a distortion field of sorts. What this will do is create a hologram. This hologram will reflect and blend into the area where they are placed, for example, in a forest they would show trees. A barrier of sorts to hide what was truly inside. Not only this but they would give off a frequency to disrup chakra sensors from sensing the chakra of those within the barirer. This distortion is released around and would stop sharingan and rinnegan from seeing chakra within, though byakugan would be able to look beyond the barrier and see what was within. It was designed for reconiscance missions, hiding the users in plain sight along with their chakra signatures. If one of the beacons would be damaged, the field would fail and need to be set up again or reactivated. Due to the set up required, generally not the most useful technology when it comes to a fight. If it were to be used in a fight, activating the field would cost as a single move by pressing the button within the "book" container.

(Ganburēdo) Gun blade

Description: The Gun blade is an advanced piece of technology, developed for use by only the most skilled soldiers. It is the perfect fusion of modern technology and traditional utility, creating a weapon that excels in both short and long range. The Gun blade's grip, bade, and partial length of the blade all incorporate a system of mechanical joints that collapse and extend it's shape, allowing it to shift to and from it's "Gun" and "Blade" Formations, once per turn at no cost whatsoever to the user, as it's activated by physical, mechanical systems alone, thus making this action passive. The user stores the Gun blade in a holster that's attached to their leg and cosmetically, the Gun-blade's appearance can vary from user to user, as all of their parts are interchangeable and modular, so long as the Gun-blade retains it's most basic components; blade, barrel, hilt, trigger and transformative mechanism. While in it's "Blade Formation", the Gun blade can be used to employ Kenjutsu techniques. and using the gun trigger application, the user of the tool can apply an additional +10 to Kenjutsu based techniques by making use of the recoil from the firing action. While in it's "Gun Formation", the Gun blade can fire physical Chakra-based projectiles. These are A-Rank in strength, and each individual round costs one of the user's Jutsu per turn. They travel as fast as a Destructive Sound technique, and can reach long range with incredible accuracy.

( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm x 2

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.
Note: Cyborg can have up to 2 Absorption Arms.

( Mikagami Dorōn ) - Mirror Drone x 4

Description: This Scientific Ninja Tool is a disk-shaped drone that can be controlled remotely with chakra to fly and attack. The user can have up to four drones which he can use to fire Jutsu Bullets from that are strong enough to render a target unconscious and move at comparable speed to Lightning jutsu. These drones are able to be used up to long range, or one landamark adjacent to the user's location.
Note: User can only have 2 max. Cyborg bios can have up to 4, either counting as 1 slot.
Note: Once deployed, Mirror Drones last up to 8 turns before their battery dies, requiring a break of the same amount of time before they can be used. Cyborg bios have double the using time for half the charging time ( only 4 turns to recharge battery).

( Jinkō no Doujutsu ) - Artificial Eye Technique x 2

Description: Jinko no Doujutsu are special created cybernetic chakra eyes. These artificial eyes can absorb and discharge jutsu, and are outfitted with a special beam emitter that causes cellular decay, halting regenerative abilities. However, the artificial eyes don't have an unlimited capacity and can be overwhelmed by a person of massive chakra supply. When absorbing techniques, the user can only absorb things within short range and, more specifically, near contact with him. Each eye has the capacity to absorb up to 100 chakra before needing to release it or risk breaking the eye. This can be used to absorb techniques, once per eye every 2 turns. The use of the laser beams can be done once every 3 turns as well, capable of moving at Jounin rank speeds and deals Forbidden ranked damage on contact, unable to be healed afterwards.
Note: The use of the user's Lasers can be done up to 4 times, once every 3 turns.
Note: Should more than 100 chakra be absorbed, the Artificial Eye will burst, causing 40 damage to the user while disabling usage of the other for 4 turns.

( Kanryūshiki Zōatsu Kinniku ) - Reflux Type Pressure Enhanced Muscles

Description: With this Scientific Ninja Tool, the user becomes capable of enhancing his body by replacing the muscles themselves with artificial ones, allowing their use to become better, stronger and faster. The user can have these applied to either his leg muscles or arm/upper body muscles, allowing a different upgrade depending on choice. If the legs are chosen, the user can gain a base speed increase of 3 levels. If the arms are chosen, their passive boost to Taijutsu/Kenjutsu will increase by 10 damage. The user can activate the pressure triggers to increase their enhancements. This can be increased during battle, activating it via button to triple his speed in battle. Should the arms be chosen, the user can gain an increase of damage to +25 to his Taijutsu/Kenjutsu. The battle based activation allows the already enhanced muscles to work double time, though burning out as a result after 4 turns.
Note: After 4 turns of an active use, the user will have his speed decreased to his base speed. Should he have activated his strength increase, then he will also gain a weakness to Lightning jutsu, adding +20 damage to attacks landing at the time as well as from physical attacks.
Note: Cannot be combined with Speed based Specialties or Taijutsu damage increasing Specialties.

( Asashin Heiki ) - Assassin's Arsenal

Description: The Assasin's Arsenal is a set of 3 guns: an assault rifle and a pair of semi-automatic pistols. These guns are capable of firing Jutsu Bullets. The user can release up to 5 bullets freeform per turn, dealing a collective 20 damage. The user is also able to release Fire Jutsu Bullets at A rank power once per turn, only usable every two turns. This can be done via single fire or three round bursts from his chakra rifle or by firing his pistols, creating bursts up to 3 meters large.
Note: The two pistols can fire 5 freeform bullets per turn to deal 20 damage. These bullets are made of raw chakra and are of similar width to fingers.
Note: These pistols are also able to release up to 2 Projectile/Streaming jutsu per turn and up to 5 in total before having to recharge chakra cartridges. During the recharge periods, the user must spend 30 chakra to recharge the clips in which neither of the guns can be used.

Medicine
(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness.
