Antagonist with most interesting backstory?

Which antagonist do you think had the most interesting backstory?

-Orochimaru

I didn't include Itachi/Sasuke because they never were really antagonists.

For me Kakuzu and Kisame had the best backgrounds...theirs are based on true losses in hope for humanity.

Orochimaru possibly, Madara, and Obito all seem to start from the death of a loved one. Nagato from his parents' death as well as Yahiko's...not to mention war orphan.

So if Orochimaru has a cool background...maybe him, but otherwise Kisame and Kakuzu for me.
