Wind is one of the five basic elements, it can cut, push, pull and crush. The greatest thing about wind is that it is all around us and can be used to strike the opponent from all angles. You can also use it to fly in the air and manipulate it almost endlessly. It is weak to fire and strong to lightning. To me wind represents freedom because it is the most unrestricted force in nature, the most free flowing. Awesome wind users in Narutoverse are Asuma and Naruto, Orochimaru and Temari. A great combo is hurricane fist and wall of flame. KG that require wind are Ice, Dust, Magnet and Scorch Release. To put it bluntly wind is the shit, I like wind users regardless of what series I see them in like Aang and the guy from YYH.

1. I was going to say how can you fly using earth but then remembered Oonoki.
2. I feel stupid, I totally forgot about Danzo but Orochimaru has displayed some cool wind techniques early on.
3. You use wall of flame to create a wall of flame between you and your opponent, then you use hurricane fist which gets enhanced because of the fire and becomes more powerful as it travels. It used to be Asuma's finisher in one of the games before.
4. I don't have a favorite KG but it'd probably be sharingan if anything.

Ok.. Now sit on that VERYYYYY tall spike.. Its so tall that if you fall off you will die. and the tip is so small that if you move even a little you will tip over.. This training is similar to narutos training to gather sage energy.. The same way he did on that board but this is for you to gain your and master your wind nature.. Now.. GO MY YOUNG PAWN!!

I come back to life and sit on the tall spike again, this time not getting stabbed as I get in a meditative pose and starts to gather chakra, I concentrate while visualizing wind and its properties, I imagine myself becoming one with this wind and before I know it I feel the wind chakra surging through my body as I look at the teacher with anticipation.

I grab the wood thrown to me by the teacher and put it on the spike and then go back to meditation. I close my eyes and feel the wind on my skin, the smooth flow, the sound, in that moment of no thought still mind, I was getting all kiinds of wind action, all kiiindz. After I feel like I got the hang of it, having remembered the feeling of wind. I concentrate my chakra, letting it surge around my body, flowing....while that is going on, I bring back awareness to the wind on my body. Maintaining these two in perfect harmony allows for my chakra to transform, to go through a metamorphosis to become the very wind itself, circulating and merging with the wind around me as I channel it. I have finally attained wind chakra, with this enlightening experience and epiphany, I open my eyes with a calm expression on my face.
