Hye, guys. Me again, for the 2nd time U_U
This is merely an idea that pops up in my mind after...after i read several questions have been posted in this section.

I realise most people tend to be rude in their threads/posts, by rude i mean towards mods and admin. Hence a few of these NB staffs may urge to get rude as well to retaliate, at least, that's how the offenders view to your answers, guys (such as ban, infraction, perma ban etc). So my suggestion is that instead of ignoring the said members (due to the pointless argument, which i can understand), why don't ya guys NB staffs create a few answer templates (and you just have to edit them according to the particular problematic cases you're having), for you to insert them in whenever some guilty members demand an answer from you. With this, you guys manage to:

  1. Professionally explain their mistakes / repetitive faults [as certain members want you to be despite you've been doing that for ages to an extent it becomes worthless to repeat it towards the unreasonable member].
  2. Save your time from checking the same mod/admin-bashing thread in the section
  3. Optimise the usage of this Q&A section in terms of quality
  4. Live up to your reputations and powers as NB staffs (in a good way, because you guys are the frontline team whom trying your best to maintain it)
  5. Make standardise posts that deem officialism from mods/admin part

Like i've stated above, this is just a mere recommendation i've come up with in an instant. If this is not really appealing nor irrelevant, then it's fine by me =D

When you get an infraction you are told which specific post you are being infracted for as well as the rule that is being broken. All this is already being done.

I was trying to help a bit U_U
Since whenever mods/admin didn't reply, people make a thread here and bash them. So... instead of ignoring, it's easier to send the said members such edited template as the answers (without taking lots of time to type a few new sentences). But... it's fine if it can't be carried out.

I know that very well, sir. However, there's a number of cases where they didn't even know they were banned and couldn't get the reply to ask for specific reason from the staffs. Hence the existence of those threads in the section. Try to skim them. :)

When members get infracted or warned, a reason is sent to them for the infraction issued. Many of the times, the threads created aren't for an explanation but simply to question the authority thinking they are above the system and that they can do anything they want when they want. If a ban is issued, a message is sent to the user that is viewed in the page that banned members see. Most of the times they know the reason(s) However they still create threads simply to try to find an excuse or bash us for ding our jobs. Creating a template for such things isn't necessary as it's not that we don't want to answer, but that most questions are self explanatory or can be found in different sections. Global Rules can be viewed any time, they are the most logical explanation behind bans, warnings or infractions.

Thanks for your suggestion but the point of this section is to get quick and direct answers to questions. There is no point in me or any other mod outlining a 'dear member...' template post whilst beating around the bush - for the sake of 'professionalism'. Our staff try their best to maintain exemplary and professional conduct in all aspects of our mod work.

Additionally, the majority of questions here are things that have been answered in both the FAQ and RP FAQ thread which are stickied in this section (and people conveniently miss all the time)

And lastly, we are not robots. How utterly distasteful of us would it be if we were to literally post templates all the time. Believe it or not, sometimes we like to show our human side.

I accept to all.

On to your last paragraph: no i didn't mean...to make you guys look like a robot. Well... I guess the whole 'answer template' thing really does give such impression. I meant it for your convenience, whenever you found yourself being unable to answer due to the timing or didn't want to amuse them with any answer. (i thought it was better than ignoring 'em and let them bugging ya guys later).

Nvm. Haha this is getting weirder. But thanks for reading my suggestion.
