Home to the mountain historically called Mount Ishinabe, now known as . Now part of Annuntiatium, the forest that once surrounded the mountain has become full of trees with white bark and glitter leaves and fruit, and provides an otherworldly sense of serenity. Atop the mountain a small cave can be found, which was once said to be the lair of a dragon in the local legend of “The Dog in the Dragon”. Smoke no longer rises from the cave entrance, but on particularly dark nights, some travelers have reported a strange luminescence atop the mountain at the cavern entrance.

Materialising from the Throne, Ozymandias stands at the mountain's peak, peering into the darkness of a cavern entrance. There is only the sound of the wind blowing, and the pharaoh's cape fluttering at the touch of the breeze. This was where Tarasque had said another of his kind may yet dwell, advising the monarch to be cautious should he stumble upon it. Ozymandias had no prior experience with the dragonkind, but even if he did, it would be of no deterrent to him. Advancing into the cavern, the darkness is slowly filled by an ambient, red light. Walking at a measured pace, the pharaoh continues down the path as it eventually unwinds into a series of natural bridges and passageways that were most unsuited for use by humans. Descending deeper into the mountain, Ozymandias notices the gradually increasing temperature, and the heightened density of the air. Smoke was billowing upwards. The light emanating from below had begun to grow brighter, casting bolder and greater shadows that stretched up the walls of the cavern. Peering over the side of a walkway, Ozymandias sees the same bright light, only more concentrated, and resembling an actual shape...

Quickening his pace, the pharaoh strides through the pathways with poise and speed. Before long, he reaches the lowest and final level of the cavern. Confronted by a large crystalline structure with an orange coloration that darkened towards the center, Ozymandias observes the object in its entirety. Raw energy seemed to flow freely throughout the crystal, seeming to be the very essence of the great creature that lurked within the mountain. His presence alone seemed to provoke no reaction from the crystal, and there was nothing else notable within the cavern. Putting a hand to the structure, its warmth flows into him. Ozymandias would have turned away and left the mountain, were it not for the sudden appearance of a reptilian eye glaring at him from within the crystal. "Hn?" The crystal began to swell, the energy's circulation rapidly increasing. Withdrawing his hand, the walls of the mountain begin to shake once again, more intensely than the last time. The eye retreats into the depths of the crystal, and the mountain falls silent once more. Cracks begin to form in the crystal, and the structure shatters as if no more than a pane of glass. The shards fall away to reveal the form of a great beast, larger than Tarasque, and possessing a much more aggressive appearance.

"You...dare to enter MY mountain. A wretched. Snivelling. Human."

The dragon growls as it rears its head, looking down on Ozymandias. Already, he knew that this dragon was much less civil in its temperament compared to Tarasque. Though, even if Tarasque were of a similar nature, the difference was that he was merely a spirit. Here, standing before him, was a flesh and blood dragon. A beast of legend, which boasted immense power. Maintaining unflinching eye contact with the dragon, Ozymandias speaks out to the reptilian behemoth.

"My name is Ozymandias. The King of Kings. I've not come to bring harm upon you, ye of the dragon kind."

The dragon lowers its head to closer inspect the monarch, its head nearing Ozymandias such that its every breath could be felt sweeping over him. "You are unwelcome here, king. For what reason are you here, if not to take my life?" The dragon keeps its head close to Ozymandias, its mouth slightly opened and breath now exuding more heat. If the beast did not find the answer satisfactory, he would try to kill him where he stood. Without a change in his tone or expression, the pharaoh declares to the dragon in a booming voice.

"I've come of my own volition, to learn of the Greater History of Man. You dragons have had an...evidently complicated relationship with humankind. My role as a ruler, as pharaoh, is to mend humanity where it is broken, and bring them closer to prosperity."

The dragon narrows its eyes, its curiosity piqued at Ozymandias' words. How was he privy to the antagonistic relationship between humans and dragons, yet unaware of the history of man? The dragon supposed that he was either a foreigner, or plagued by ignorance of the highest grade. Perhaps both. "You are on a fool's errand. Humanity cannot be salvaged or mended. This is their most natural state, of war and destruction. They bring suffering upon themselves and others. Am I really to believe that you, as one of them, wish to do as you say?"

Letting out a slight growl, the dragon awaited the king's answer. "Hou...you question my word, the word of a pharaoh? I shall waive your punishment, in light of this being my first experience seeing one of your kind in the flesh."

"Hah! The nerve of you humans is most impressive, if not grating." The dragon rears its head, speaking down to Ozymandias at full height. "Perhaps you are worth the time, after all." Crouching on his hind legs, the dragon lifts his front limbs off the floor of the cavern, and bellows at the pharaoh. "Show me, pharaoh. Show me that you are fit to save the world. I, Hræzlyr, shall test your resolve."

Raising one of his forelimbs above his head, Hræzlyr swipes at the pharaoh with an opened hand, aimed to smash his body with his palm. Forming a single seal, and raising an open palm seemingly to meet with the dragon's blow, Ozymandias creates a spherical shield of energy around his body. Hræzlyr's hand smashes into the manifested energy, causing it to crackle loudly in the moment of contact. Though the shield was unbroken, the impact of the strike had caused the ground beneath Ozymandias to shift downwards, creating a crater where he stood. His arm was left jarred, but otherwise, the pharaoh was unscathed. "Hmph." Hræzlyr scoffed at the display, and stepped back a few meters. Keeping his arm raised and a nonchalant expression, Ozymandias silently beckoned the great beast to attack again. This time, Hræzlyr leapt off its hind legs, raising his arm poised to strike again. Slamming his clawed hand down on the pharaoh's shield, an even greater crackle resonates throughout the cavern, causing the walls to tremor slightly. Unlike the previous attack, Hræzlyr continued to bear his arm down on the shield, rather than merely taking a swipe at it, intending to crush the shield.

Description: Primordial Abyss encompasses the most basic applications of Dendera Light Release in its wispy, intangible state of matter closer to that of flames. Through it, the user is capable of forming basic attacks of varying shapes and sizes, including constructs and even cloaks on the body. What the user creates through this technique, for whatever purpose, is limited only by imagination. This energy can be released directly from the user, or through the ground, or in the air. There is no restriction to where this energy is created, except that it cannot be manifested within short-range of the opponent, unless the user is also within short-range. The crackling sound of the energy where Dendera Light is being created serves as a warning to anyone who is within that same area. The energy can be compressed at will to the point of being able to punch through solid matter. At its weakest, it will cause minor electrical burns, and at its strongest, can cause lethal electrocution and scorching of the body. B-Rank and higher usages will require handseals (B - 1 , A - 2 , S - 3), and all usages of this jutsu will last for up to four turns at maximum. The S-Rank usage can be performed 4 times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.

The continuous hiss of the electrical energy echoed through the cavern, and Ozymandias was aware that it would eventually give out. With this in mind, Ozymandias performs a single seal, and imbues his shield with an additional quantity of energy. Waving his arm nonchalantly, as if to dismiss a servant, the energy composing the shield suddenly juts out, releasing large spikes that skewer through Hræzlyr's large hand. The dragon makes a sound of surprise, and ceases applying pressure to the shield.

Description: The Spine of Osiris is a supplementary infusion, performed in the same timeframe as another energy-based technique, or anytime one is on the field (requires a handseal), which allows the user to manipulate their jutsu through what is called a ‘refractive index’. A refractive index is a scale which indicates how focused the energy is. Energies with a higher refractive index are more focused, whilst energies with a lower refractive index are less focused. Differences in refractive index, how focused the energy is, can have varying effects on how it performs or behaves. This technique allows the user to passively (same timeframe, but occupies a move slot) manipulate the refractive index of a jutsu, allowing for different behaviour and capabilities. Should the user choose to increase the refractive index of a target jutsu, the energy will become more focused, reaching speeds equivalent to the 2x the user’s base speed. Should the refractive index be lowered, the energy will become less focused, but as a result, its shape will gain an extent of malleability, being able to passively alter its physical characteristics while it is on the field. This can be used to make a jutsu more difficult to deal with, changing its shape to evade attacks, changing the travel path and size of the technique, even maneuvering around defences and obstacles to reach a target. Spine of Osiris is compatible with AE and CE, but they must possess Lightning or Fire as a component, and can only be utilised once per turn, but each infusion lasts for the same duration as the targeted technique.

Suddenly, Hræzlyr pushes down on the shield with much greater force than before, his pure strength causing the shield to sizzle intensely as it begins to buckle. The spikes that had pierced through his palm emerged from the top of his palm, but he shows no response to it. "Tch." Realising that he could not sustain the defence without it eventually giving way, Ozymandias thrusts forward with his raised arm, causing the energy to push back against Hræzlyr. After a few moments, the dragon's arm makes no further progress, the force of his push being matched to make a stalemate. With great speed, Hræzlyr raises his other arm and aims to smash the shield from the left side, extending his fingers such that the claws would pierce straight through and skewer Ozymandias. A loud clash resounds throughout the mountain, Hræzlyr's claws having penetrated Ozymandias' shield. Raising another arm, Ozymandias points an open palm to the claws that were mere inches from his body, manipulating the energy to push back against the second arm. Hræzlyr's other attack results in a stalemate. The dragon withdraws his arms, standing on all four limbs once again. His shield greatly damaged, but still standing, Ozymandias dispels it, causing the energy to flicker away.

"You aren't half bad. But I am not finished yet." Hræzlyr then stands on his hind legs once again, and Ozymandias prepares for the next bout. But the dragon did not advance. Rather, it simply opened its mouth. Crimson flames gushed forth from its black maw, and blew towards the pharaoh. In response, Ozymandias forms a single seal and exhales a falcon made purely of flames. His avian familiar smashes directly into the torrent of fire released by the dragon, but it is smote by Hræzlyr. "!?" Forming another sequence of seals, Ozymandias then concentrates his chakra into the ground, causing a large earthen beast to emerge. It intercepts the flames with a great roar, clawing its way out of the ground as the inferno of Hræzlyr continues to bear down on it. Intended only to act as a barricade between himself and the flames, Ozymandias then forms another seal, creating a construct in the shape of an ornamental lance in his hand. Turning left and breaking into a stride, he stays close to the circular wall of the cavern. Stopping once he faces the side of Hræzlyr, Ozymandias tightens his grip on the ashen lance, throwing it overarm directly at the dragon. The construct connects, causing a great explosion that disorients Hræzlyr, causing him to cease the stream of fire that was igniting Lithosagym.

Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 per duplication/merge, -10 per turn)
Damage: 80
Description: Drawing on a large amount of chakra, the user will perform 4 handseals, and spew forth a mass of condensed fire. Using shape manipulation, the fire will take on the form of a large falcon 5 meters tall with a wingspan of 10 meters. When released, the falcon is able to act of both its own accord and on instruction of the user. It can circle the foe from above and survey the battlefield, or pursue the target relentlessly, as examples. Due to the tangible nature of the fire, bestowed upon it by way of being condensed, the falcon will easily deflect weapons such as kunai and shuriken, and interact with techniques based on the S&W scheme. Upon hitting a target, the user can trigger the falcon to violently explode, creating a blast that spans slightly above short-range (7 meters), incinerating anything within, at the cost of a move. What makes this technique special is not its sentient nature, but its ability to split into pieces. Should the user desire it, they can forcefully split the falcon into separate pieces, allowing for offensive action that covers more than one angle. The user is able to decide the amount of power that is divided between each individual falcon, with the size of each falcon being indicative of the individual power differences. Obviously, the power of the explosion is scaled according to the rank of the falcon; weakening as the rank drops. At will, the user can also re-merge the individual falcons back into its singular, original form before splitting, or only re-merge some of the falcons. Once this is done, the strength and size of the falcon will return to its original state prior to splitting, whilst a falcon that has partially re-merged will upscale in strength but will obviously not be as strong as a fully re-merged falcon. During flight, the falcon(s) is/are able to rotate extremely quickly, generating a vortex of fire, which counts as a move. Anybody trapped inside the vortex will experience suffocation due to the lack of oxygen and smoke, whilst also suffering from severe burns from the heat of the flames. The high speeds of the rotation of the vortex will restrict movement, and being trapped inside for longer than 1 turn will lead to loss of consciousness and death.

⇒ Lasts 4 turns
⇒ Splitting and re-merging falcons count as moves
⇒ Usable 2x per battle

Type: Supplementary / Offensive / Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short (Range of Creation) - Long
Chakra: 40 (-10 per turn / -30 per regeneration)
Damage: 80
Description: The user will perform 4 handseals, and proceed to focus a large amount of chakra into the ground. A huge earthen creature will emerge from the ground, taking on the form of a 30 ft tall maned beast with 4 wings. It’s body is rife with large protrusions and sharp outgrowths that make it dangerous in close quarters, with only its forehead and snout being places where the user can situate themselves atop it. Within Lithosagym’s body lies a cavity, where a pulsing core of rock exists, that allows it to utilise all Earth Release techniques the user knows, in addition to the use of generic A-Rank rock and mud streams/projectiles, where projectiles fired from the spiky mane will instantly regenerate and replace themselves. The user can supplement this attack using their own Fire Release, by streaming it into an attack that Lithosagym uses, creating an S-Rank combo of ignited mud or rock that will prove deadly to whomsoever is caught in it. The most unique aspect of this jutsu is it’s unique link with the earth it is created from. So long as Lithosagym is in contact with the ground, even a single limb is sufficient, the user can use the earth itself as a source to regenerate any damage done to it, restoring it to its original strength (S-Rank), at the cost of a move. The user is also able to tap into Lithosagym as a medium through which to use Earth Release techniques, since it is entirely made of Earth Release itself, at the cost of a move, with chakra cost of jutsu being halved due to the source already existing and only an extent of manipulation being required. By channeling 5 chakra points per turn to their feet, the user is capable of standing atop Lithosagym during high speed movement or any other actions that would otherwise result in the user falling off from it. Upon deactivation, forcibly or otherwise, Lithosagym will rapidly fall apart and crumble into dust, leaving no time for others to use its remains. Additionally, the user’s Earth Release is limited A-Ranks and below for the remainder of that turn.

⇒ This jutsu cannot be used as an earth source by enemies
⇒ Usable 2x per battle
⇒ Lasts 3 turns

Regaining his senses, Hræzlyr pounces at the partially destroyed Lithosagym, biting down on the wolf's head. As this occurs, Ozymandias forms another seal, this time creating a large sphinx made of radiant blue energy. Standing atop its head, the size of the familiar rivals that of Hræzlyr. Ozymandias mentally commands the beast to charge, and it begins sprinting towards the great dragon, who had just torn the head from Lithosagym. Turning to face Ozymandias and his familiar, Hræzlyr raises an arm to swipe at the sphinx, smashing directly into the side of its head. The familiar is thrown off its course, its body careening into the wall from the impact. Jumping from the sphinx's head, Ozymandias launches himself directly towards the dragon, forming a short sequence of seals. Concentrating his Lightning Release chakra around his body, he manifests a series of swords, lances, axes and halberds, which fire off at Hræzlyr in a similar manner to cannon artillery. Some of the constructs that connect merely glance off the dragon's great body, the durability of the skin coupled with the angle of the weapons in the moment of contact causing them to ricochet, others only barely piercing it. Scoffing at the pharaoh's attempted attack, Hræzlyr opens his mouth to release another blast of flames. Swinging his arm, Ozymandias released a crimson net of chakra towards Hræzlyr, wrapping over and around its mouth. While Hræzlyr would attempt to merely shatter it with his own flames, Ozymandias performs the tiger seal and ignites the chakra within, causing a powerful explosion as the dragon's fire enters its maw. A loud roar follows the explosion, causing the mountain to shake due to its power. Hræzlyr recoils from the blow, staggering into the wall behind him. The sphinx recovers and gets back on its feet, running to accompany its master. Ozymandias lands directly on the dragon's snout, and walks to the left eye of Hræzlyr.

Damage: 20 – 80 (60)
Description: Hand of Anubis allows the user to create familiars composed of Dendera Light in either it’s flame-like or plasma-like state. These familiars are controlled by the user, acting as minions to serve various purposes on the battlefield. Their shape and size are at the behest of the user, and can be made to fight directly alongside the user as smaller humanoid figures or as larger beings, up to the size of the Great Stone Golem, and can be shaped according to the user’s desire. These familiars are able to utilise Dendera Light techniques up to their own rank (e.g. an A-Rank familiar can only use A-Rank Dendera Light or below). Due to being composed of the element itself, they are capable of utilising techniques of Dendera Light on the level of an Apex Handseal specialist. The familiars themselves are able to passively shape certain parts of themselves into appendages resembling weapons etc, even after they have manifested. Additionally, the user is capable of manifesting these familiars around his person, similarly to that of Susano’o, with the user floating in the chakra anywhere in the body of said familiar. Unless otherwise stated, the user will always be located in its head. Familiars of B-Rank and higher require seals (B - 1 , A - 2 , S - 3) and all usages above B-Rank can last up to four turns at maximum. Once an S-Rank usage of this technique ends, this technique cannot be used again for one turn to create a familiar above A-Rank strength. S-Rank usages can be performed thrice per battle.

Type: Offensive / Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long (varies on application)
Chakra: 30 (-5 per turn)
Damage: 60
Description: The user will form a sequence of 3 seals, and gather chakra from their circulatory system. This chakra will manifest as a single or numerous shapes of solid lightning chakra, resembling weaponry such as swords, spears, axes etc, of varying sizes that can be controlled by the user. There are 2 distinct usages of this technique. One of them being, upon mental command, the weapons can shoot, akin to that of arrows fired from bows, towards their target at high speeds at a continuous rate from wherever they spawn. The second usage, is to manifest one or two weapons, wielding them as melee objects in close combat. Due to the lightning itself being tangible in nature, it is able to be held by the user and deal damage similar to that of normal weaponry, in addition to electrocution and mild burns characteristic of Lightning Release effects. While these usages are separated, the user is able to enact the projectile usage after the melee construct(s) has been created, though at the cost of a move in this case. While the weapons of the projectile usage will last until the end of the turn they are created, firing for the entire duration of it, weapons of the melee usage will last up to 3 turns upon creation, unless destroyed or dispelled upon the user ceasing chakra supply to sustain the weapon(s). Should the weapons be discarded, but still maintained on the field through chakra fuel, they can be mentally called back to the user. When interacting with other objects or techniques, the weapons will release blasts of electricity to act against their force, effortlessly repelling normal weapons and reducing the momentum of oncoming jutsu which collide with it.

⇒ Usable 3x per battle
⇒ No A-Rank or above Lightning techniques upon deactivation

Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user launches condensed fire chakra in the form of a tangible blood-red colored net, generated from a weapon's length or body part (hand or foot), and simply throws it over the intended target(s) with a simple slashing motion from the weapon or waving motion from the body part. The net further binds and restricts opponents' movements by constricting to their form. This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow and can vary in size depending on what the user sees fit (cannot imprison something larger than half the size of Gamabunta). After throwing the net, the user can stab the net with the tip of their weapon by, for example, throwing the weapon towards the net or alternatively perform the tiger hand seal. Doing so will create orbs of fire on the constricted parts of the net that soon after erupt into a large and devastating explosion.
Note: Can only be used thrice per battle

"You are beaten."

Moments of silence follow, soon broken by laughter that echoes through the mountain. "Hn?"

"Not only are you arrogant, but also amusing! There is still a ways to go, pharaoh."

Shaking Ozymandias from his head, Hræzlyr quickly lurches to his feet, pouncing atop the sphinx. While Ozymandias falls towards where he previous stood at the start of the confrontation, the sphinx and the dragon briefly exchange blows. Once Hræzlyr had corned the familiar, pushing its back to the cavern wall, it was over. Placing an open palm over the familiar's head, his hand ignites, causing a loud hiss. With a loud explosion, Hræzlyr destroys the familiar's entire upper half, turning towards Ozymandias, who had landed safely on the ground. "Prepare yourself", Hræzlyr snarls, before clambering up the walls of the cavern, displacing large chunks of rock that fall to the floor as debris as he ascends. Upon reaching the top, the dragon peers down into the pit where he once rested. Suddenly, his entire form is engulfed by a coat of seething flames, illuminating the darkness of the cavern's upper sections. This would be the finale of the battle. Thus, Ozymandias knew he couldn't fall here. He wouldn't fall here.

"Almighty gods, look upon my works," Forming a single seal, Ozymandias fills his body with his signature element, Dendera Light. In the same timeframe as its creation, he infuses it with the element taught to him by Amara; Mystic Fire. His form, rather than turning blue as per his usual color, the infusion of Mystic Fire causes it to bear a golden color. Raising an arm and opening his palm, he materialises a single scimitar, also made of Dendera Light. Willing into being a pair of large wings that sprout from his back, Ozymandias looks upward to the flaming Hræzlyr with a grin of pure excitement, "and despair!". The two look to each other from afar, each being aware of the nature of this next clash. Hræzlyr falls from where he is perched at the mountain's peak, falling headfirst through the cavern. Simultaneously, Ozymandias bends his legs, and jumps directly upwards, allowing his wings to keep his momentum and continue through the air at a constant speed. He raises his sword arm, pointing it directly at the ignited Hræzlyr.

"Accept this gift, you who are without light. Witness the prowess of a divine pharaoh!"

Description: Vessel of the God-King is a manipulation of Dendera Light Release applied to one’s own body. By performing a sequence of three seals, the user will fill their body with the electrical energies of the element. This results in the user’s body being entirely coated in pure Dendera Light, their physical form becoming a shimmering silhouette of raw energy. Whilst in this form, one's usage of Dendera Light is greatly enhanced, giving them the ability to utilise any and all Dendera Light techniques on the level of an Apex Handseal Specialist. Additionally, the user is capable of passively manipulating their aura to form basic constructs, such as swords or shields, though these cannot be any larger than two meters in length and width. Furthermore, the user can even form appendages from the energy, granting them capabilities based on the appendage created, e.g. using wings to fly. This technique is able to interact with others based on the S&W scheme of Dendera Light Release, defending the user from techniques accordingly. Should a technique of equivalent strength neutralize the energy, the user will revert to their original form without sustaining harm or injury. However, a technique which neutralizes the armor-like state by overpowering it will deal damage equal to the difference (the remaining damage after clashing with the transformed energy state). While within this form, the user is restricted to using Dendera Light, its component elements, and other non-elemental skills. Once a usage of this technique ends, it will require a single turn cooldown before subsequent use. This jutsu lasts for four turns, and can be used twice per battle.

Description: Pillars of Creation is considered the ultimate infusion technique utilized in conjunction with energy-based elemental natures (Fire, Lightning, Explosion, etc) as well as barrier Fūinjutsu. As a technique based around the principles of infusion it occurs instantaneously and can be used within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. Typically techniques of this category involves an infusion of chakra, in many cases of the same nature, to change numerous aspects of the technique. These can range from a shift in strengths and weaknesses, additional strength, different states and forms, and new and unique effects. This could be compared to ratios and the effects that chakra can have on a technique; the more chakra utilized the greater the changes. As such Pillars of Creation utilizes three separate levels of infusion, each becoming progressively greater. Unique to this technique is that it can be stated in one’s biography to allow for the passive infusion of the user’s energy-based techniques, listed above, causing their coloration to shift in accordance to Mystic Fire’s unique colors. As a passive occurrence this application does not require any chakra and is simply a cosmetic ability of Pillars of Creation. The infusions are as followed:

The Second Pillar: This is the A-Rank application of Pillars of Creation and utilizes an infusion of twenty chakra. The Second Pillar, unlike the first, employs the ability to not only infuse an energy-based technique with Mystic Fire chakra but to convert it to the nature entirely; this effectively converts any energy-based nature, or barrier Fūinjutsu, into Mystic Fire. Because the technique is effectively transformed it will change its inherent color into any color allowed by Mystic Fire Release, namely any color on the visible spectrum while being able to become absolute black, like the flames of Amaterasu. Techniques which radiate heat, like Fire Release, will lose those qualities due to their inherent sealing nature. Additionally, these techniques will gain an additional rank in strength, or twenty additional damage for techniques above S-Rank. The Second Pillar can be used on any number of A-Rank and below techniques but it can only be used four times per battle on S-Rank and above techniques. It also cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Chakra: 10 - 40 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 20 - 80
Description: Key of Eternity is a jutsu which deals with basic applications of Dendera Light, encompassing usage of the element’s more compressed, plasma state. The user is able to create basic shapes and attacks made of compressed, solid-like energy, and form constructs possessing more geometric form, including armors. Energy may be created anywhere on the battlefield, except for within short-range of the opponent, unless the user is also within short-range of them, and the crackling, sizzling sound of the area where energy is manifested is made serves to warn anyone nearby of its manifestation. Due to the energy being highly compressed, it does not flow or stream like flames, but crackles and tears through matter as it moves. It is more akin to Lightning Release in this sense. It easily rends flesh and bone, destroying solid matter it comes into contact with. These constructs possess an aspect of tangibility, meaning that the user is able to create appendages that would assist with mobility. Usages of B-Rank and higher will require seals to be formed (B - 1 , A - 2 , S - 3), and all usages of this jutsu will last for up to four turns at maximum. S-Rank usages can be performed 4 times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.

The two collide. Ozymandias' scimitar and Hræzlyr's body. The two both cease motion in the air, the force and momentum of their strikes pushing against each other. The pharaoh's weapon begins to quiver, but he continues to push with all of his might. Once the weapon breaks, Hræzlyr's entire body bears down on him, the weight alone being enough to crush any regular human. It is only through his transformed state that Ozymandias could even afford to make contact with the dragon. His body giving way to the dragon, Ozymandias' expression is one of strain and exertion. With both arms extended upwards to try and push back against the dragon, he is aware that he can only hold on for a few moments longer. Passively manipulating his armor, Ozymandias creates a large lance-like protrusion from his right arm that spears directly through Hræzlyr's snout, causing immense pain to the dragon. Then, allowing Hræzlyr's momentum to push through, Ozymandias wrenches the dragon around his body, managing to slightly redirect the beast's flight path around him. Flying down with Hræzlyr, the pharaoh braces for impact as the dragon nears the floor of the cavern, the pain of the injury distracting the dragon. Its great body smashes into the ground, its wings slumping over its body due to him being stunned. Still attached to the dragon via his construct, Ozymandias dispels his technique, regaining his normal appearance. He stands upright, looking down on the dragon. One of Hræzlyr's eyes turns to look at the pharaoh, and he lets out a small chuckle.

"Indeed...perhaps, you do have a chance."

"Hm."

The exchange is short, but it was all that needed to be said. Dropping from the dragon's head, Ozymandias lands on the ground. He prepares to leave the cavern, but as he does so, he grabs his cloak and pulls it in front of him. "Tch, its ruined...". Letting go of it, as if disgusted by its current condition, he continues to walk from the cavern. Hræzlyr keeps his gaze fixed on Ozymandias as he exits the pit, walking back up through the dangerous network of paths towards the mountain peak. Closing his eyes and letting out a sigh of exhaustion as the pharaoh walks out of sight, Hræzlyr curls his body up slightly, intending to rest.

"That one, Ozymandias...he surely is an interesting fellow."

Mission complete.

Descending from the mountain's top, Ozymandias reflects on his exchange with Tarasque, and the more brutish interaction with Hræzlyr. Reaching the base of the mountain, the Surgebinder could feel the exhaustion setting in, his battle with the dragon taking its toll. He hadn't exerted himself to that extent since the Battle of Kadesh, a fact which made the pharaoh smile in satisfaction. A hard-fought battle, but one that ended in his victory. A nice change of pace, it was only acceptable that such a grand occasion was the way he would begin his exploits in this land. As he prepared to leave the landmark, he noticed a board at the forest's edge, and made his way to it.

Fifteen Crowns, but only One claimed: Genji of the Hayabusa, now champion of the Sunlit Forge. Our generosity was squandered, fourteen champions go missing. But we shall not relent in our quest. Throughout the world, nine seeds have been sown; nine gems that can be claimed by those who seek higher purpose. No more, no less.

– ???

Reading onward, Ozymandias quietly spoke to himself the lines of one of the riddles.

"Remnants not lost of a time once gold,
With blue flames that light the way.
At the tip you will find its base,
What you seek resting in place."

A passage which contained clues to the whereabouts of these 'seeds'. Interesting, the pharaoh mused to himself. Perhaps, if he pursued these clues and items, he would learn more of this land's history. With renewed purpose, he makes his way to the edge of the forest, focused on finding the gem spoken of in the riddle.

The promise of distraction was left unfulfilled by his fellow Surgebinder. How disappointing. With a controlled surge of Prana throughout his body, Ozymandias makes to return to the mountain of the resting dragon.

Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: A-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Considered the sibling of the Era of Gods and Dynasty of Kings, the Majesty of the Pendragon involves surging a large amount of Prana throughout the user’s body in order to enter the Throne. Their body, and everything on their person, will disappear instantly in a flash of light reflecting the color of their Prana. The user will then reappear amidst another flash of light at a location of their choosing; despite its nature, this process takes a few moments. Reappearing is accompanied by a crackling sound, creating both an audible and visual queue. This is enabled by the fact that the ethereal energy constantly exists within their chakra systems. Twice per battle the user can utilize a stronger version of this ability to prolong their stay in the Throne. This allows them to exist within the alternate dimension as Prana, which effectively places their body in a stasis. This halts blood loss, the propagation of poisons, the duration of active techniques/abilities, and any other aliments or conditions. This will happen for as long as the user is within the Throne. The user can only remain there for a maximum of four turns per usage. As long as the user re-appears on the battlefield on in the same landmark, then using this technique will not count toward escaping battle. If the user opts to re-appear in a different landmark then they will effectively forfeit the battle and the event. This only applies if the user utilizes Majesty while engaged in battle and not travel purposes. The first application, considered A-Rank, can only be used once every four turns. It can also only be used four times per battle. The second application, considered S-Rank, can only be used twice per battle and operates on the same cooldown as the A-Rank version. S-Rank applications render the user unable to use S-Rank or higher Prana for the next turn, if the user remains in the Throne for longer than a turn.

The pharaoh materialises in a golden flash, re-entering the world from the ethereal space that was the Throne. His time with Hokusai at an end, it was time to return to more practical pursuits. Looking around the forest, which surrounded the mountain in the landmark's center and stretched outwards for miles, he noticed the approach of several cloaked individuals. His bright, muscular figure was of total contrast to them, who revealed nothing of themselves. His eyes darted between each figure, cautious of any weapons potentially concealed beneath their ragged garbs. Six surrounded him in a circular formation, with a seventh dropping from the trees above. This one landed kneeling before Ozymandias, and unlike the others, she wore no tattered robes. They were of far greater quality, befitting those of royalty. He couldn't think of a reason for which someone would have approached him, much less with what was presumably armed company. The short woman stood, looking up to the taller pharaoh, her face partially concealed by a mask.

"Was it you that caused the flash of golden light here?" There was a moment of silence as Ozymandias briefly considered the possible events that would follow once he answered the question. Though he was prepared to fight, wandering aimlessly and exploring was preferable to sullying his hands with the blood of a lesser royal and her pitiable retainers. "Yes, it was I." the pharaoh responded with a tone of certainty. The woman's azure eyes narrowed behind her mask, as Ozymandias stared back, allowing his words to hang in the air slightly before responding in a gentler tone, "Then, you must be a Surgebinder?" The pharaoh knew without needing to ask that she was also one possessing Prana. Perhaps, she knew Hokusai. "That I am. My name is Ozymandias, the King of Kings." The girl's eyes widened slightly at his mentioning of his title. She took a single step backward away from the pharaoh, now slightly cautious of him. "A k-king? Then...are you one of the Fallen?" As she inched away from the pharaoh, the cloaked figures shifted slightly, standing less upright and adopting a more defensive stance. Maintaining composure, Ozymandias speaks to the girl calmly, her hand now resting on the handle of her sword. "Indeed. But make no mistake, I am not some simple-minded ruffian who pursues destruction for its own sake, after rescinding oath to the Knights Radiant. I was never one of your order. And I do not seek destruction." The girl narrows her eyes once again, skeptical of Ozymandias' words. Her training in Avalon and few experiences with other Fallen taught her to show caution against them, even if their words and tone were gentle. Straightening herself, though keeping her hand on her sword, she speaks again in a stronger tone, akin to when she had first spoken to him. "You look and sound more noble than your other compatriots. What makes you think that I should trust them over my instinct to simply cut you down?" Her words were bold, but reasonable. The pharaoh chuckles, pleased that the girl was not totally naive. "Hah! You are right in being cautious, young one. All I can offer is my word, but it is the word of the pharaoh. I do not deal in lies and deceit."

The girl appeared to be unconvinced, her expression conveying her scrutiny and caution. After several moments of staring down the pharaoh, focused on his face for any signs of deceit, the girl sighs gently. She raises an arm and waves an open hand down, signalling the cloaked ones to lower their arms. They promptly lowered their hoods, revealing their faces to the pharaoh. They stared at him with scrutiny, just as the girl had, silently conveying to the pharaoh that they had not lowered their guard. He paid them no mind, and broke the silence with a question to the girl. "Why is it that you approached me? Did you assume that I was a Radiant?" She replied with a tone of confidence, relaxing the grip she held on her sword. "Your Prana is golden. Fallen do not typically exhibit such colors in theirs. You are an oddity amongst them." Ozymandias' expression relaxed, his voice becoming softer but still maintaining its natural depth, "One of many things that separates myself from them. Would you have approached me still, had you known that I was not one of you?" The Radiant knight didn't know how to respond at first, staying silent for a moment to consider her answer. Raising her free hand to her face, her fingers straighten and bend accordingly to grip the mask on her face. Removing it, she revealed the rest of her face. Though her features were soft, her expression didn't convey any warmth whatsoever. "Come with me, we'll speak more along the way to our village." Tying her mask to the sash which fastened her hakama to her, she turned away from Ozymandias, walking slowly into the woods. Following suit, the pharaoh walked alongside the Radiant, her retainers following closely behind. "I'm male, before you ask."

Somewhere in Annuntiatium | Archelirion
You must be registered for see images

Lands that stretched on forever. Skies one could drown in. The heartbeat of nature, strong yet silent. And amidst it all, a people. Despite the devastation wrought in the Cataclysm two years past, in the Land of Fire was a territory now ruled over by one of the divine beings who descended from the heavens at the advent of Abzu's subjugation at the hands of Enkidu.

A land one wracked with blight and scars, a people driven to terror and destitution, and a fleet of divine immigrants ostracized for their very existence. These things plagued the world from horizon to horizon.

And yet, here in Annuntiatium, an almost idyllic utopia began to take shape. Fertile plains grew and surrendered their bounties, staving off hunger and providing as many medicinals as one could ever need. Towns were constructed where any and all were welcomed, and the ostracized were brought into the fold, a people united in their struggles.

For what did it matter if ones origins were of this terrestrial sphere, this lump of rock in space, or another from the celestial spheres? All were the same when weighed against the vastness of the heavens.

Archelirion stood before a crystalline dais as he surveyed his burgeoning kingdom. A caricature of his grander designs, but one that proved his theory sound nonetheless. In two short years - really an iota of time against the heartbeat of the cosmos - the God of Heaven had taken a battered and damaged land and turned it into a paradise. It belayed a simple message of "Come into the fold of Annuntiatium, and be accepted for who you are, for all are equal under heaven."

And as Heaven, it was Archelirion's duty to bring all under him. The celestial cogwheels of the universe turned with nary an interruption, and this regent would do his duty as their steward.

There was much to be done. And until the celestial throne could be restored and Archelirion could shine his light upon all creation...

...he would lay a divine foundation, instead.
