Today, a man killed a policeman and his wife in a city near Paris. He earlier recorded a direct on Facebook ordering to kill policemen and rappers, and that Euro2016 will be a graveyard.
The murderer got killed by French special forces before he could do anything to the children of the couple, but it's been discovered he was a Islamic state sympathizer.

There is no word for "civilization" in African nor Old World languages. They have a similar term called development.
