Another reason to support that the Uchiha were behind the fox attack

The only person other than the anbu, mito, hiruzen, and minato who knew that kushina was giving birth was sasukes mom. mito made a really big deal about how she shouldnt have told her. i was rewatching that episode and it seems like they made a really big deal about her telling sasukes mom. they wouldnt have included it there for no reason.

then when minato was fighting tobi, he kept thinking back to who all knew that she was giving birth and trying to figure out who it could be.

i think its more than a coincidence that the only other person who knew was an uchiha and tobi also happens to have some ties with uchiha

We already know who was behind that attack... Tobi.

He probably is someone very old with a lot of ties with the leaf village, so he could easily have obtained that information.

He is a master of manipulation , he can be behind of some clans destructions.
He could be responsible for the destruction of the Uzumaki Clan and the Uchiha Clan, who knows.

Mikoto didn't know when exactly Kushina would give birth. It's not like Kushina said to her "Oh yeah, and on the tenth of October I'm going to give birth". I think Kushina said it was almost time for her to give birth, but it's not like she could pinpoint an exact date *rolls eyes* Babies don't always arrive at their due date. Some are earlier, some are later.
So no, Mikoto wasn't the leak. Either Tobi knew Kushina was nearing her due date, or he had an informant in the town, but it wasn't Sasuke's mom
