No matter how weak the Genjutsu was, its still Genjutsu & if you paid attention in the fight, that's the real reason why he lost. Underestimating Sasuke's Genjutsu..

Uhmm no, Obito was revealed to know more than just kamui in chapter 606.

Madara taught him:

Uchiha kinjustu

And he learned how to use mokuton on his own, during the time he killed those anbu's

He was even shown using/summoning Gedo to extract killer bee, when Nagato got defeated by naruto.

I know this sound rediculous but I need to know you the true "Solo King" of NV is.

By Hype it's obv Sage > Danzo

But when you look at their abilities & only that.

The Sage's most prominising feat is Creation of All Things which is why he's above Obito.

& Danzo kinda cheated his way & became the Ultimatae Ninja, I mean Izanagi x10 is a complete hax. & then adding the Worlds most powerful Genjutsu to his arsenal makes him even more deadly. Not to mention he's a battle hardened ninja too. He only really died because of plot..

So which one would you say is the strongest...

One thing that you should keep in mind is that the Izangi is a defensive move. It keeps you from dying for 30 seconds and since Danzo has alot of them he can go a few minutes without dying, but the true question is, how good are the Sages offensive capabilities compared to Danzos and how good is his defense.

As far as defense goes he has Onmyoudon, which negates all ninjutsu limiting Danzo to just taijutsu, which doesnt seem to be his strong suit. So now he is on the defensive, as far as offense goes the Sage has mastery of all 5 element styles and the Rinnegan, which is about as offensive as offense gets.

And so we are left with your real question, which is does Shishui's MS beat the Sage. As long as he doesnt look into his eyes then yes, not to mention that since the Rinnegans eyes are all connected he can use the Rinnegan to summon some beasts and then use them for vision as he fights.

Based on Nagato's fights with both Jiraiya and Naruto when something with a Rinnegan is placed under a genjutsu it doesnt place the Rinnegan user under the Genjutsu, the vision is linked but the bodies are not, I digress... The sage wins hands down.
