I lowered the frame delay, that increases the frame rate, and makes it smoother

Your welcome, btw, i don't know if you know, but by putting an low opacity flat color layer over the top of the video, and then using color burn on the layer it makes it all just variations of the color, which allows you to have a more diverse color palette, meaning you retain quality. Also, by reducing the amount of the clip, and givng it i transparent background, you can reduce the file size, making it run smoother =]
