it is in minato but minato could unseal it and re-seal it in naruto. In theory.

Sage Kurama yin/yang mode (after Minato voluntarily gives his chakra to naruto, when he sees that he would die eventually due to obito's onmyoudon), and then naruto would awaken rinnegan, and could use bijuu-dama shuriken, or some sort of op senjutsu technique, while being able to use meditating kage bunshin inside kurama's cloak for collection of senjutsu chakra. :naruto:
