Okay, couple of problems with this. First, Infinite Tsukiyomi is not a typical dream, it is a Genjutsu. Genjutsu works on animals, shown when Sasuke used it on Manda.

Kishi didn't show any animal dreams, because Seriously, do we need to know what Akamaru was dreaming about?

As for Animals dreaming, Pretty much impossible to know without communicating with animals, but most likely they do.

your brain is too kid and toddler...kishimoto in a manga panel (tobidara) says : every living being will be affcted by mugen tsukoyomi..+ he show us manga panel with cats being affected by mugen tsukoyomi+ he shows us panel of edo hokages not affcted by mugen tsukoyomi...thus kishimoto wanted to prove us that every living being that breaths will be sleeping in an eternel mugen tsukoyomi..then he show us what dreams of some character look like...but then he cunningly avoid to shows us some animals dreams...why?..becuz he obviously had no idea if animal do even dream....

-kishimoto's plot of mugen tsukoyomi must put animals victim to teh eternel dream so that no 1 escapes it..becuz if animal dont fall victims of mugen tsukoyomi's that would destruct the whole mugen tsukoyomi plot and creat inconsitencies....kishimoto simply didn't give a god damn $hit..he just applied to policy of "...just foock it i dont give a $hit about logic..."

uh, no. he just didnt want to put in panels for every concievable character or living creature. Did Bee get a dream panel? Did orochimaru get a dream panel? Does it matter who got a dream panel? The answer to all three is "THERE IS NO PLOT RELEVANCE TO DO WITH WHO GOT A DREAM PANEL DURING INFINITE TSUKUYOMI. HE DID NOT INCLUDE ANIMALS FOR THE SAME REASON HE DID NOT INCLUDE CHARACTERS LIKE OROCHIMARU, BECAUSE WE DO NOT CARE."
