Another Mod needed to accept Bios.

So as I have heard only Cali can accept Biographies. Unfortunately I see that he is always busy and isn't on all the time to accept Bios (for I have been waiting a couple of days) and people want to hop into RPing as soon as possible. So I just wanted to make a suggestion of adding a new Moderator that can accept New Bios, and if there is another Mod for this, please inform me.

Caliburn does a great job. He usually gets them checked in 1-3 days.

Anomalies always happen sometimes.

I am not saying he doesn't do a great job, I am sure he does. But 3 days is a little iffy, I am not trying to argue or anything but having one extra mod for that job would maybe help. I am not sure but it is just a suggestion.

Sure, there are delays, but making threads about it isn't going to help. He always gets them done. I would rather have him be delayed and check each bio thoroughly than allow huge mistakes to go through. So, no other mod needed, he is fine.

Mine got accepted the same day I made it. It also depends on how good it looks. If it looks good its approved. If it looks bad they have to take time to think how they are going to tell you it was bad.

At least that is my theory.

Just have patience.

I am not saying another mod, I am simply implying giving a current mod one more responsibility. Although they might also have their hands full at times too. And Dragonfly, if we simply had one more Mod doing this, there is no need for Cali to rush through if he has help.

He feels as though one more mod to help around the RP wouldn't harm it, and I agree with him.

He, nor I said that Caliburn doesn't do his job well, or doesn't do it as consistently as we would want him to, but due to the reasoning that he is not a robot and has a life, wouldn't one more RP mod that can check biographies effectively help? I believe it would not only help checking biographies, but other things as well, like the custom jutsu thread.

As all things, its just a suggestion. Izuna, Scary, Zen and Caliburn all do their jobs as effectively as they can, but they have lives and aren't online 24/7 just to cater to one user. Some of us have patience, some of us don't, but ultimately, I think having one more experience RP moderator would help us in a great deal to fill in the gaps, but wouldn't hurt if we didn't have one either.

And Nexus Checks bios too......only Medics, or to say that bios have been approved for Fuuin or given Curse Marks and such.......So he has "help".

I think that the only place that REALLY needs help is the Custom Clan jutsu section.....seeings how things havent been checked since May this year and there are at least 4 submissions that need reviewing.

Its not that your biography looks good that he approved it fast...Neither is Caliburn going to tell you off if your biography looks bad...He approves biographies no matter it looks bad or not o.o

Take Izuna's biography for example (No offense to Izuna though) :

The biography isn't great in terms of looks but Caliburn still approved it in the end anyways...Your biography was probably in the first page when Caliburn checked it...o.o
