The people I think will die: Hiashi, Choza or Choji, Mifune, Gai, Kitsuchi, Tsunade, at least 2 K11, Obito, Orochimaru, and probably a few more, but I can't think.

Those who may possibly die: Shino, Kiba, Tenten, Akamaru, and Sai...not sure how many would die nor which ones.
