In the end kaguya only lived for like 15 min and didnt even get to enjoy it like madara, hundreds or maybe thousands of years of planning just to get back 15 minutes to life and not enjoy it, in the middle of the battle she was practically begging for a break, seems kind of anticlimatic that the progenitor of all chakra and the one that is supposed to have started everything had the shortest arc af all the villians, i feel like deidara and zabuza had more of an arc than her, even madara that only lived a few hours and maybe has a few minutes more to go, got to enjoy the battle, instead of a villian i pity her.
Now that i think about it, seems like an excuse for kishi to make IT look bad , because madara actually intended to give all people good dreams, also since it was unlikely that madara would be tnj by naruto or sasuke, seems like by making IT turn people into white zetsus madara would be proven wrong and join the good guys side, so far it seems kaguya was a plot device to make madara join the good guys and wrap all up, a villian like kaguya should have been way more epic.
