I already thought of this one while making my initial parallel thread, but didn't think there were enough similarities at the time. Now, oh yes lols.
Like Daemon from Reboot, (another parallel) the Borg Queen from Star Trek created her race and army by piecing her cells out into those she conquered, transforming them into her drones. This sounds similar, if not the same as Kaguya turning everyone under IT into her white zetsu soldiers. Her "Let's not fight," quote reminded me of "Resistance is futile" as well lols.
