[Theory] Another Gomu-Gomu-no User

Hey, what up one piece fans from around the world

I would like to make a theory of another gomu-gomu devil fruit user. Okay , now that's out of the way...

You all remember that recently, well not that recently that Doflamingo was making Ceasar makes fake/artificial devil fruits for Kaidou and in return Kaidou's crew has a estimate of 500 devil fruit users?? ahem ahem :dead: :NO:

I don't think it was revealed if they were trying to make copies of already devil fruits or something, i'm not sure ( if someone knows please detail me with those details aha

Now, we all know that Straw Hat Luffy's name is well known even in the New World. So i'm putting out there what if Ceasar has made a artificial gomu-gomu-no devil fruit and given it already to a member of Kaidou's crew?

Considering that Luffy's crew & Trafalgar Law's are going after Kaidou, imagine how epic it would be if Luffy is faced with someone as strong as him/or even stronger and with the exact same Devil Fruit as him!!! :x3:

And then, Luffy might be the one defeating him/her in order to suggest his growing strength or something

Interesting theory, but Caesar was making Zoans. Luffy's is a Paramecia.

No way will Luffy meet a stronger DF user than him, he had it and was training since childhood.

Hhhhmm it is possible that Ceasar had already made a gomu-gomu fruit and gave it one of Kaidu's crew.I am pretty sure they can make all kind of known devil fruits and maybe they can create new ones too( Momo ate a dragon-like devil fruit, which is most likely an ancient or a mythical zoan type).
But I don't think that another person with gomu-gomu would be epic....Not as Luffy epic at least.Luffy was practicing many years to be able to actually use this power in battle.I really think that gomu-gomu on it's own it's a rather weak devil fruit compared with others.Plus Luffy has haki and was able to develop gear 2 and 3.So technically and logically speaking someone would need to practice a lot to come near Luffy's level or it has to be a person who is already OP and the gomu-gomu will just enhance his power.
That's my humble opinion on the matter

It was never stated that Caesar made the Mera Mera for Joker. It's most likely that he just found it after it respawned.

I think CC could only make DF's using the DNA of the animal so that's why there could be multiple DF's the same. So the only way I can see him creating Mugi's DF is if he took a sample from the actual DF itself which is highly unlikely since Mugi ate the whole thing.

Yeah I agree...it is either that he has some knowledge of what Blackbeard did, but doesn't have the body type for it, or he just happened to know what island the fruit was from and with Ace's death he knew where to grab it....plus with all of his underground contacts I can see how he could easily obtain it were it to come back!
