Vegeta was warming up awaiting an opponent, jogging in place and furiously punching the air, his blood began to boil for battle, his chakra flow and speed and strength all had increased, his intense focus making his reflexes sharpen, and just in time too, cause suddenly he sensed a man's life force approaching him at mid range, prompting Vegeta to face the man and address him...
So....you will be my opponent today. My name is Prince Vegeta, I hope you can satisfy my desire for a bloody battle...
Vegeta says, sizing the man up. Perhaps he would be a good opponent, perhaps not...only time would tell. Vegeta then concentrates his water chakra and releases a small amount of water from the moisture in the air surrounding Dr. Lecter, forming a thin layer of water over his arms and hands and a bubble of water forming around his throat that begins constricting and choking him, as Vegeta manipulates the water on his hands to close 3 of his fingers and leaves the pointer fingers out, controlling the water on his hands and arms to thrust his hands upwards fingers first into his own eyes, gauging them out and blinding him as the water tightens even more around his throat and would begin to crush his windpipe and larynx as he futilely attempts to scream in pain as more water pools around Lecter, and Vegeta manipulates the water to form a vortex of water around him as he reaches his left hand in his pouch retrieving a tagged kunai as he gestures upwards with his right hand, the water sending Lecter flying violently upwards as Vegeta throws the kunai, making the seal of confrontation exploding the kunai and simultaneously dispelling the vortex as Lecter's body parts exploderate all over, if Lecter wasn't able to counter that is.....
