Well ok, the 3rd has a enormous chakra but Minato is elusive remember.
So i'm giving a point for Minato really, every time he's fighting he manage to counter react other's attack or escape

Now just dunno about his lighting shield but Minato is smart

His armour would render most of minatos attacks plus his stamina let him fight for 3 days against thousands of ninja so much to my disappointment I have to give this one to the third
