「お前は見送りには来ないと思ったが。。。」
“I thought that you weren’t coming to send me off…”

Added word being:
見送りに== seeing someone off/give farewell to someone (like when you would bid goodbye at an airport, escorting someone to the gate, etc). I think you get what I mean…like a “send-off” thing.
