It doesn't really have a meaning, the dubs translate it as "Believe it!".

Neither does Shannaro. Usuratonkachi means thin hammer though but Sasuke hasn't even said that since Part 1, unlike the other two phrases.

''Dattebayo has no literal English translation; however, "Believe It!" was used in the English dub whenever Naruto is making a big statement to keep a similar tone in the English version of the series. It is also used to match the lip movements from the original Japanese release. Around the start of the Chūnin Exam Arc, however, "Believe it" fell out of use. It is translated also as "Do you get what I'm saying?"

In the dub Sakura says "CHA" but the closest Shannaro comes to is "Hell yeah!"

I don't think he grew out of it. I think that's what he usually calls Naruto on a daily basis when they were together. He probably said it a few times during the war arc.
