Annoying anime/manga cliches

I started reading Bleach, and I like it, but I swear, every time Ichigo went to fight someone important for the first time, his first words before he would get destroyed was like "I have you now" or "You're finished". He said to like, Ulquiorra, Grimmjow, Byakuya, Renji.

Hhmm...the one that has been bothering me for the longest time and is also found in both American movies and Asian drama along with being over used in Anime/Manga is....

Someone dying from a car crash. Seriously? It makes me feel like the world is full of reckless drivers. Examples:

Fruits Basket (Manga/Anime)

Shining Inheritance (Korean drama)

Karate Kid remake (American movie)

I think Dragonball started this. And seeing how Kishi takes a lot from Dragonball this is one of them. This one gets on my nerves as well.
