Even if someone has, for example, a Tsunade bio and is not one of the above, they cannot teach the abilities of Tsunade to others. Such teaching if it has happened before, is voided and cancelled, and is unusable.
Similarly if someone has a Sasori bio and is not a Sempai/Sensei, they cannot teach his abilities.
