Looks: Annie Mei is of average height and build. She has piercing green eyes, and bright pink hair. She is rather athletic and is able to fight off larger foes than she looks. She wears an assortment of clothes, usually a short skirt and a white buttoned shirt, with a small backpack on her back. Annie Mei has a large amount of items that she carries on her person, and is often times seen carrying around unnecessary tools. Annie Mei, despite her small build, is often up and about, always doing something. An odd feature of Annie Mei is that she has mouths on the inside of her hands, through which she uses her unique Clay techniques. These hands are capable of infusing the clay she carries with Blast chakra. In her backpack, Annie Mei carries an extra amount of clay, as well as two pouches always attached to her skirt/pants/etc. Annie Mei is able to use her left eye to pierce through Genjutsu, after training it.
Personality: Annie Mei can be considered rather outgoing. She enjoys adventures, as well as talking a lot. She enjoys art the most, however. Through the use of her clay, Annie Mei is able to create the most radiant forms of art. However, these pieces only last for a moment before they explode in a flurry of energy. Just like her art, Annie Mei is explosive, capable of moving around the whole day and doing a lot of things. Annie Mei while not particularly violent, enjoys fighting and spends most of her studying ways to become a better artist.

Annie Mei was born in a small country in the Land of Earth. Growing up rather poor, Annie Mei kept herself busy with art, drawing all manner of things. She created a world of her own. Often times, she would wander the wilds alone. On one specific day, Annie Mei fell into what seemed to be a sinkhole at first, but turned out to be a cave. Within it, she found an old scroll, riddled with the secrets of an old, yet useful Kinjutsu technique. Having learnt most of normal Ninjutsu, Annie Mei carried out the instructions and after the ritual, found herself with two sentient mouths on her hands. These mouths seemed to be capable of infusing chakra into malleable objects, but it wasn't sustainable.
After a few years of wearing gloves to hide it from the public, and experimentation, Annie Mei found records of a man who had once used Clay in a similar way. Opting for that, Annie Mei started to learn the ways of Clay and found it to be quite interesting. She would soon travel the world with this new found ability.

- Annie Mei is a user of Blast Release, utilizing it through special explosive Clay she makes. Through her special clay, she is the only Blast release user capable of creating ranged, explosive attacks.
- Her Left eye can see through visual Genjutsu A-Rank and below as well as see through extremely long distances, capable of seeing up to 3 landmarks, but this can only be done 5 times in total.
- She has 3 additional mouths, 2 of which are located on her hands and one on her chest, through which she can manipulate and infuse her clay with his chakra. She is able to release Clay from these mouths alone.
- She carries on her person various tools and weapons needed in battle.
