And no, Anko is not completely useless without the curse mark, she might only be Special Jounin rank, but she would have to have considerable skill in her own right to achieve that level, as it requires a very specialized skill set. Orochimaru would not have bothered if she was as bad as you think she is.

Also try to proofread your threads before you post, that way less people with flame you or disregard your post as spam.

it doesnt matter as she was referred to as captain Anko by the team she was with who was tracking Kabuto. She is at least at S-Jounin level + she is specialised in tracking so yeah it doesnt really matter if she doesnt have the curse mark...i really hope she survives all this n remembers everything like orochimaru does...fingers crossed

Umm you ppl are forgetting she was some what lapdog to Orochimaru then one day Orochimaru raped her like he raped Sasuke in the forrest and gave her,her curse mark thats when she left him and reported him in of suspicion and thats when the third hokage and two elites approeched him in his lab he killed one and got away...and she was a medic under tsunades wings!
