Ok, I watched anohana a while back (well not really a while back, but not important) and there is this one character that has a rather questionable nickname.
Character in question is called "Anjou Naruko" and her surname, given by menma when they were kids, is "Anaru"...
How did the creators think it would be a good idea to call a character this? I know it's not really a kid show to begin with but still, that's a bit ****ed up considering that she was called like that as a kid...
Oh well, guess one will never know ^^
Not judging the show BTW, I think the show was really good and lived up to the hype (for me anyways) but this is not the matter here
