Ok, so this artcile confirms that on december 4th, there will be a tie-in episode to the movie and it will be focused on hinata and hanabi.

Also, starting next year, the anime will introduce new story development to the anime.

We do not know if these fillers will take place after or between chapter 699/700.

But the episodes arent even close to the end of the manga (somewhat) why would they do that to the people that just watch the episodes?(ive read all of the manga) this is going to.be very confusing.... if december 4 that episode come out then that means the actual anime series will end in less than a month... right??? If not im just super confused.... lol

You have to take into account that the anime team assumes that most of their viewers read the manga. Plus, the anime team most likely does not really take into account foreign viewers of the show.

Haha well that sucks lol well im glad ive always been up to date with the manga! I never really watch the anime on the base, i always watch it on hulu. I just think itll ruin the ending for the viewers that dont read the manga. Lmao i guess they have to read the manga huh?

Well that's basically what is happening when they don't have any other ideas in the end of the Naruto and can't make money. Yes they gonna produce pointless filters which probably doesn't mean anything besides giving us more information about side characters. Tho being said that I'm waiting for fillers with Hinata as it's my favourite character in Naruto besides him and yeah I will probably enjoy this one as we didn't saw so much Hinata on the screen as we/I would like to. Manga lol. I never read it cos when it's coming to Naruto I just prefer Anime.

It's not like it ends in a month but it's a standard process to put a promo episode for a new movie.

That's what the movie is for. :| By the time the anime eventually gets to the end of the manga, the movie will already be floating around online and have had a home video release so you could watch up to the last chapter of current things, then the movie, and finally the epilogue episode.
