Anime to manga conversions?

Hello NB.

Could anyone please tell me if there is a logical conversion between anime episode numbers and the manga chapters?
Or if there isn't (I understand the manga doesn't have fillers), what would be the equivalent to the latest episode "As One's Friend" (Shippuden ep.208)?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, or if it's considered a 'bad' question. All help and suggestions are very much appreciated.

It's usually 2-3 chapter = 1 episode.

Apparently Shippuden ep.208 ≈ chapter 476, if anyone is in the same position as me.

Edit: Also note that you read manga from right-to-left, top-to-bottom. This might be common knowledge, but it caught me out as a first time reader.

@sam1997 Thanks for the welcome! I take it from the comment you're not from NZ?
I schooled in Auckland and have been to Taupo a few times, both great places. I'm not too much of a fan of the Rotorua smell tho.
