Sorry for saying that but however Naruto must be made in Japan, there are "american" animes. Japanese firms can employ Americans. It has happened, I have read many articles about it. So he did not say total nonsense however Naruto is one that I surely think is made in Japan.

Still, the anime is not made week-by-week freshly if I was informed well by cartoonists They allways have the risk of delay so that 3-4 episodes or a season (depending on the way they plan the creation of it) is always made before airing a new one
Thats another question if they wanna air it on a holiday or not.
