In the Anime, he has a sword as well, called ''Sword of the ThunderGod''.

Although he is not using it himself in the anime. Some other person obtained it, but it was said that it belonged to Tobirama.

Do you think we are gonna see Anime meets Manga, meaning, Tobirama will have the Sword of the Thundergod in the manga as well (maybe in some other chapter or the upcomming one)??

If I remember that was a filler arc, and most likely won't show up. plus why would tobirama a water user use a lightning sword...

Yes it was a filler arc. Water makes good combo attacks with Lightning. Darui did so as well vs Sasuke, both in the water + lighting mix combo, as in the water + lightning=storm release combo. Tobirama probably wont use the latter though.

Entirely possible. Didn't they do a filler about one of the jinchuuriki before he was ever shown in the manga? It ended up being the same guy in the manga (they really had no choice I suppose) I'm talkin bout that bubble dude. Don't remember what tailed beast is his, I think 6 tails.
