I dropped One Piece, because I just couldn't stand the animation or character designs. I can't truly enjoy a anime if the look of it is so cringe worthy even if the story is good.

I think Soul Eater was the only one. I will still watch it one day, I just wasn't in the mood for it tbh. But, you generally have to give anime 3 episodes to see if they are shit or not. One could start like trash but end up being a masterpiece.

Try "Boku no Pico", it might have you more understanding after the first episode, of the words in these posts.

As for me, "Boku no Pico", which I was tricked into watching, indirectly of course, though I didn't even finish the first episode..Obs: do not watch this, for various reasons. It is recommended by people as a joke. Can't remember if there were any others, which just about sums up how interested I was in them.
