Anime positioning against Manga

With episode 298 out, and with the manga on Chapter 618, how far away is the latest anime episode from the latest manga chapter
- in other words, how many episodes away does the current anime episode seem to be from the latest manga chapter.

Just anxious to see how long I have to wait with the anime, given my favourite character (Orochimaru) has finally had some decent plot development.
