Anime nerfed Hagoromo and took away greatest feat/hype

Because it was stated or hinted at least by manga for him to have it. Anime had golden opportunity to show it and hype it up even further while making episode even more impactfull.

Anyway episode was great, just some wasted potential to put it even higher, also pace of building bridge was too slow for my feel

If the manga hinted the anime hinted because the Anime animates the manga...

Probably. Kaguya's TSB had the power to wipe out the whole dimension and it would apparently mean the start of a new dimension. I guess it's possible that Hagoromo managed to master it to the point where he could do something similar

Obito using it won't be the same as Hagoromo using it. Especially since its strength is dependent on the user's will.

I am saying this because he would have no reason to use power to reshape the damn world. He probably used something on the scale of HashvsMaddy battle to save a village from a disaster.

I am saying he wasnt nerfed just cuz he didnt use his power. I am saying he has no reason to destroy or create a new world when hes trying to mend the one that already exists. I said this in an earlier post for those who didnt get it.

I know you mean exeggeration of legend I completly understand your premise and logic behind it, but too bad Kishi has proved number of times that he loves hyping and talking shit but in some characters's case like Itachi(Totsuka, Yata) and Hagoromo(Nunoboko), it just need to be taken literally as he not only disapproved but even approved it calling game awesome.
