Anime Mistake?

is it just me, or did Kakashi have 3T sharingan in the latest anime. During he flashback, he used sharingan but it was 3t before Rin died... I assume this is an error as he only had 2T before she died.

There have been many errors with Sharingan drawings (the latest being in the last chapter) but the biggest screw up of all time must have been when they colored the Juubi in with a 10 Tome red Sharingan, whereas it was supposed to have a purple/white eye. They fixed it the second time they drew it, but they should seriously pay more attention to the Mangaka when it comes to details like this. But hey, we're all human

They did the same with the SO6P eyes, the first time it was all red. Should I also mention the first Rinnegan drawing in the anime?
