AOT is the only one out of the four that i have consistently liked. The Big 3 are like roller coasters they can go from really good to atrocious very quickly and back to good again... guess it's all opinion...

Naruto > Bleach > OP > SnK
Shingeki is good as a popcorn anime but nothing more, in terms of pacing, it's like a more refined DBZ. I will credit SnK for being less flawed compared to Bleach, but it has to be noted that this is to be expected with the storyline's rather unadorned plot.
OP is rather run-of-the-mill but it's not too bad.
Naruto > Bleach > OP > SnK
