Anime like Amagi Brilliant Park

I just finished watching Amagi Brilliant Park within 5 hours and 30 minutes range and honestly i felt it was somewhat fresh from what I usually watch. The characters were unique in their own way and they all had different personalities yet it was fun to relate with a lot of characters.

Looking for an anime that the main character (Male character) has to take care of a group of problematic people like they don't want to obey the main character and so on but later on they do.

Yes Inugami the dog spirit, there is a character Akin to Jiraiya too.
Anime as a whole was fun too bad it slipped through radar of many, it was AOTS of winter. Only 12 episodes.
