This is the latest episode of the Itachi ark filler, they conspire to take out the Uchiha Clan, the masked man has Kamui Senju Half of his Body & Moutoken as well as 3T sharingan. Itachi has MS and technically he does have that crow too.

Itachi mid difficulty. KA and superiority in basically every aspect of fighting---Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu. Minato figured out how to defeat Obito while sealing Kurama, protecting his wife and his newborn child with ease. And Itachi > Minato, not debatable.

As for the dimwitted people who don't know what an ultimatum is, it's a direct demanding of someone to do something for you followed up by a THREAT. If Obito didn't believe Itachi had the capability to defeat him, he wouldn't of succumbed to Itachi's demands.

There was only one reason Obito stayed away from Konoha for as long as he did.
