[Discussion] anime in japanese or english? which do you prefer

I dont know if a thread like this has been made before, but i just decided to create it due to my friend and i having an argument to which dub is better, Japanese or English.

My view on this is that japanese dub is way better, but for certain anime, dbz for example, english sounds way better.

So anime fans please let me know what you think is best.

Many people would say Japanese Dub > English Dub, but actually... It depends. There are some animes that are better with Eng Dub, though not much... For example, Yu-Gi-Oh is awesome with Eng Dub, but Naruto sucks...

Yeah thats true. Certain anime sounds better in english.
In my opinion, the anime that is better in japanese, has more emotion to it. If you know what i Mean.

I used to only watch Japanese dub.

To be honest, I still prefer Japanese dub but Chakra Wizard has shown me that there actually are some great English dubs out there.
Some English dubs that are actually easily better than the Japanese dubs.

I still only watch English subs though unless someone recommends me to check out the dubbed version.

I seek out dubs cause it's easier and most of the series I'm watching now are older, anyways. There are some subs I prefer mainly cause I watched them before dubs came out (though I doubt Toradora!'s dub will ever top the original), but I've been pretty lucky cause a lot of the dubs I've watched are either on par or actually superior to the Japanese.
