You could really make up "conspiracy theories" with ease, so it doesn't really make a difference if there's any popular ones around.

The majority of those are just made through a bunch of reaching and overexxageration...you could say the same for most conspiracy theories.

On top of that...I don't know why you didn't just google "anime conspiracy theories"...
