Maes Hughes. His death was a turning point in FMA but really, he was just a nice, supportive guy, with a family that needed him at home. His blood should not have been spilled.
Also, Neji. He died gallantly but I really wanted to see him fully break free of the "branch-family" curse, and he never really got the chance :c

Asuma. The only thing to be gained from his death was Shikamaru becoming team leader. Its a cliche that they killed him as soon as he knocked up Kurenai. Seems like it happens everytime someone has a kid. Minato, Hughes,...still don't remember if Wolfwood knocked up Milly. The list goes on.
