Yes .... His death was not suitable for one of the Seven swordsman of the mists....and he was my favorite character :T_T:

Kamina just sorta died in battle, not even a particularly big one. That's why it was so sad and unexpected, someone like him deserves a Jiraiya/Itachi style death.

he was fighting for grater good and his death was lame it could have been done much better in my opinion

His manga death was perfect. It was humiliating and desperate, which showed how degradation of Light's character, starting off as the innocent untainted, in-control kid to becoming the breakdown monster he was at the end of the series. It was one of my favourite anime/manga deaths ever and I hate how the anime changed it.

I think his death was just to catapult the next part of the story, although certainly shouldn't of died like that
