Correct order of Kaguya, Hagoromo and Hamura events:
Manga with Anime filling gaps
1) Kaguya created seed and dropped it into land to bloom in divine tree
2) Kaguya came after it and guard it if need for taking it's power would come
3) Kaguya falling in love with earthling/normal human
4) Kaguya unleashing her power and being betrayed by her lover, more Ootsutsuki came in meanwhile
5) Kaguya consuming frobidden fruit and casting IT
6) Kaguya giving birth to Hagoromo and Hamura and raising them
7) Kaguya leaving them and doing tree ritual once Hagoromo and Hamura were teens
8) Kaguya finding out that Hagoromo and Hamura broke law made by her
9) Hagoromo and Hamura being confronted by Kaguya
and Here manga and anime differs:
Manga:
10) Kaguya merging with divine tree taking on juubi form
11) Juubi fighting Hagoromo and Hamura to get power's back(most likely led by Kaguya's desire for chakra and betrayal of her sons in her opinion)
12) Kaguya getting sealed Hagoromo and Hamura just like it was with Naruto and Sasuke, so most likely she just turned out to gedo mazo while tree along with all Kaguya's power or most of it(Juubi's chakra) sealed in Hagoromo
13) Hagoromo becoming Ten tails host, dispeling IT and Hamura leaving to the moon with Ootsutsuki clan
14) Hagoromo becoming father. Indra and Ashura's birth
15) Hagoromo extracting and creating tailed beast by giving Juubi's parts names.
16) Hagoromo's death and Ashura and Indra conflict.
This with addition of Hagoromo most likely summoning gedo mazou to survive juubi's extraction and stay long enough to guide tailed beasts then resummon it or Hamura did it. I came to that conclusion as bz wrote that rinnegan can break seal and he would only know if someone already did it.

11) Juubi fighting Hagoromo and Hamura to get power's back, then later most likely Kaguya joined it but she was low on chakra or something

Well, so what do you think folks ;p, possible ?. Anyway great bow down to Pierrot studio as they at least tried and made Kaguya a bit more likeable and her motives more clear.
