Who did the animation for the first Sound 4 revenge episode? That was in my opinion, the best the animation has ever been.

We need more of that, because the art style for the Sound 4, Kakazu VS Hidan and Chikara all looked the same and they all looked fantastic.

Sorry I edited the post to make a correction, episode 323 will be more like "mediocre" instead of "good".

322 will definitely be the best episode in the batch.

Who did the animation for the first Sound 4 revenge episode? That was in my opinion, the best the animation has ever been.

We need more of that, because the art style for the Sound 4, Kakazu VS Hidan and Chikara all looked the same and they all looked fantastic.

The one who did that episode is "Masayuki Kouda", but most people consider him and Yamashita to be around the same level. Both of them did work on Chikara as well.

For those who don't feel like matching up, here are some of the episodes the guy who's animating 322 have made:

198 - Five kage summits eve
204 - The five kages power
248 - The fourth hokage's death match
252 - The angles of death
295 - Chikara: episode 6

This got me excited these episodes all look amazing.

It's mostly canon, but it sounds like there will be some filler scenes for Utakata(6 tails) mixed in.

Also another small bit of news: a post on Pierrot's blog this week seems to imply we could be getting good quality episodes more regularly now (but keep in mind I said "imply" so its not 100% clear)

Pierrot is only working on 3 shows right now instead of 5 or 6 like normal. So my theory is Naruto might get some more resources because of that.
