is there any animator or a guy with kodeing experience out there who needs something to do?

Depends on the pay...and what you mean by animation and coding. Encoding is what you do to raw video to format it for playback on devices. Animation is something that can be done in Flash, video editors, hand drawn or 3D software like 3Ds Max or Blender.
