Hopefully next year I can transfer out of my Junior College to Full Sail or UCF

The mouth movements are actually really good if you're a beginner. Nothing else to judge really, there wasn't any other key animation

He looks and feel lifeless.
Needs more movement and energy
Have his body more expressive. It's too stiff.
Eyes are too fixed and stale. Bring life into them.
It helps to act out the scenes too.

As an animator i can say, GOOD START!

i would move away from flash (flash always just looks like flash) and IF YOU CAN consider had drawing the animation, looks less stagnant. I have recently started animating on p.s and although its early days for animation on that software you can get some more expressive results.

Keep it up.

Dump flash and go either classic 2D or a decent 3D. That's if you wish to make something off of it atleast...
