For me, it's mostly video game characters like from Final Fantasy. They're just too pretty U_U
In anime, I think Claire Stanfield from Baccano! was likable. So was Matt from Death Note (even if he had practically no panel time) and Gilbert Nightray (Pandora Hearts).
