While this is of course pure speculation and cannot be proven either way, do you believe that Madara has access to the animals that Nagato and the Six Paths of Pain used? Or do you believe that the Rinnegan holder must find the animals themselves? Let's not forget that the technique seemingly requires no blood-contract or hand signs(as said in the Wiki, not sure though about it). As a second question, do you believe Sasuke would have access to these same animals?

The Rinne'gan was originally Madara's. Nagato was just using Madara's Rinne doujutsu. It doesn't automatically change for a different holder. So yes, therefore he can use the same animal summons. But nooooo cos of plot

Edit: Sasky would probably have different animal summons, depending on his style. He's more of a hawk & snake type.​

Rinnegan Summoning (口寄せ輪廻眼, Kuchiyose Rinnegan)

Using the same eyes as the Sage of Six Paths, Nagato was able to summon animals that had copies (コピー) of the Rinnegan, with which he could share his field of vision. He did this to compensate for his lack of mobility. Obito is also listed as a user of this technique. Obito is also listed, so presumably this was also used in the Six Paths of Pain jutsu.

Madara said that when he awakened the Rinnegan he had automatic access to the Gedo Mazo so he probably had access to the summonings aswell.
