Much like Mei vs Preta Path. On paper Animal Path has two summons Tsunade apparently can't deal with: The dog and chamaleon summon.

By killing it. :| She has more than enough feats to take it out pretty much without problem. Summons can be thrown far away. and the summons do not possess abilities that could one shot Tsunade.

They don't need to one shot her, they eventually maw her to death. If her body is severed, it takes an assist to her her piece back to gather, she bleeds out and dies.

Only summon Tsunade can't kill is the cerberos. That she can just throw away/stuff it in Katsuyu and send to shikkotsu forest.
The bird needs to get close in order to hurt Tsunade, same goes for the animal path. Tsunade's reactions feats are great, so as the bird dives down to attack with it's beak Tsunade can just grab it. That's the end for the bird.
Then Tsunade kills the path.

Also, Tsunade doesn't need an assist if she had her byakugo no jutsu activated when it happens. She can regenerate everything building up a human body. It does consume a lot of chakra though. I mean for example regenerating your legs.

Like what happened to Sakura whom had her byakugo activated.

Only reason I struggle with giving it to Tsunade is the Cerberus. The other summons are fodderized. With the bird, Chikushodo simply flies out of range or uses the chameleon to hide.

Animal path wins.
Giant Drill-Beaked Bird : Gives Animal path the ability to fly
Giant Multi-Headed Dog: Cant be killed by tsunade without katsuyu because it splits every time it get hit (acid is another story, but katsuyu is restricted)
Giant Snake-Tailed Chameleon: Invisible, is able to attack from behind, holding tsunade with his tongue until one of the other summons eat her and vanish with her.
Giant Panda : is able to harden his body
Giant Ox: powerful force
Giant Rhino: " " "
Giant Crustacean: water release, durable armor
Giant Centipede: featless but still a good pawn offer
All of the Summonings and animal path have linked vision, this is to much for tsunade.

Scenario 2)
Tsunade has more chances with katsyu, but i really don't know who wins, it could go either way.

Tsunade definitely takes scenario 2. Acid puts the dog down. Scenario 1 is tricky, most likely animal path.
