animal path gives access to all summons?

you see the rinnegans summons are all immortal and have rinnegan + chakra receivers.

so let us say nagato kills manda. he can revive manda after this and give him chakra receivers too.
then it is his summons too. he can do this with all summons. agree?

i think if they somehow put a summon inside king of hell and gave him a chakra rod then yeah nagato would be able to summon manda
